hmmmm....not convinced they are aliens....in an alieny spaceship sense....they are alien....but not space men...I dont think...anyhow....tar monsters....

In the last episode he mentioned humans on this world when speaking to the old woman which just made me come to the conclusion it was an invasion from another world. * +

ahhhh but what kind of world.....??? maybe a realm....that they call a world....just words....I need spaceships if they are run of the mill aliens.... :)
