The dodge bullet scene Matrix and the scene when they load up the guns then cause mayhem rescuing Morpheus
Singing in the rain, the singing in the rain bit
From Hero just the whole ambiance of it from scene to scene and the colours including the fight scene where the forest turns red
House of Flying Daggers had loads too including the dance and the forest scene where she fights the men on horses
Lord of the rings, oh just too many scenes I love in films to list them all * +

Yeah, the best moment for me is when you're watching it for the second time and Verbal glances around the room whilst left alone - also agree with psnality about the gorgeous forest fight scene in Hero. *
