K850 has HSDPA3.6MBPS. It has everything the C902 has and more like Triband HSDPA, Xenon Flash, 3LED, MicroSD and M2 memory card support etc. . . * +

Yep simply coz its newer, and its housing is metal. If both K850 and C902 came out the same time the K850 would be more expensive. * +

C902 has touch focus, geo tagging, GPS, face detection, which is extra over k850 but I would choose k850 cuz it is solid and the cam is better. * +
