The W995 complaints are slowly creeping in at Esato as wel oh no. Try updating ur firmware to latest. Your problem has been mentioned a few times at Esato. Whether NOKIA is better or not depends entirely on what you want and need in a phone as well as ur experience. NOKIA are certainly better at support and quality control lately, thats a fact. If thats important to you get a Nokia. * +

The phone is great but problems like this one can really put people off and start looking for other phones. I thought this model was new to have an upgrade firmware. * +
