My c902 was shutting down and oftenly freezing...this increased from once a week to 3 times in a day.My mate's k850i was doing the same thing.Yesterday I managed to download the update service software and updated my phone's firmware.It perfect now.My m8 unfortunately had to flash his phone which costed 20 dollars US.An update will fix any software corruption prob.SE phones are pro ne to such probs. * +

Totaly agree, they are. I had to reflash my K850 to bring it back to life when it had BROD a few weeks ago,i wish SE could just sort themselves out instead of us having to DIY fix everything that they have messed up. * +

With the new SEUS you can fix almost anything- it fixed my C902 and my friends k850 * +

O jeez so their is sum thin ya can do wen it freezes pls av the c902 also an it froze now cant do jack with it can sum 1 tell how to sort this ne help wud be apprichated * +

Go to menusettingsgeneralupdate servicesearch for update. Its annoying and they should sort all this before you buy the blood phone really. Another thing is just take the phone to a phone unlocking place and get a re-flash, should cost about a tenner :) *
