K850 cos its more beautiful,has bigger screen, dual card support decent cam wid xenon n video light, hsdpa, and now moddable. * +

Ive jst done a spec check, Da c902i is BETTER.The 5-way illuminated camera keys, better HSDPA than average 3G phones(u cn download a 3.5MB song in 14secs with a good broadband connection) wild!!! + by default it has 160MB as compared to k850i's 40MB.The keys r pefectly laid out.These phones r in da same range I must add. * +

K850 got hsdpa up to 7.2 mbps so its equally capable. Dont see camera keys, the specs look better than c902. And memory is not a big issue, u can have cards upto 8gb. * +
