I took the same package 4 my wife but it took countless calls n a week later to get cellc to sort out the bis * +

if it helps,i found out that u just have to dial star 147 hash,then purchase it that way.So essentially,from the R100 provided per month,it deducts the charge for bis from that which is cool.Sorted now.Thanks guys *
