theres an excellent 4wd track here and i wouldnt mind going to it, theyve even got a dedicated track for the guys with highly modified 4wds to jump them, last year a guy in a hilux broke the record and jumped 26 metres and got 1000 dollars in prize money, though it wont pay for the rear diff he destroyed in the process 
any good 4wd parks there? * +

Oh yea ofcoz! Weve got 1000's of 4 n 5star 4wd tracks all ova s.a. This is bakkie n 4wd country mate! me nd ma family does a 4wd track atleast 1's a month. Thats wat i got d green monster for.. 4x4 days nd hunting! Go hav a luk in d sportcars n classics post.. Thers pics up of it. * +

I agree with you xav its definet a bakkie country,toyota said south africa is the main market for the hilux.i work driving on gravel roads whole day in the rural area's im tired of it that i dnt think il be interested in 4x4 off roading lol * +

No nt really. U pay a small fee fo vehicle entrance n then u cn enjoy d hole day. Often thers nice picnicspots n swimming pools on d route nd d hole family enjoys d day. Were fortunate to hav d highest n softest dunes u cud ever imagine.. Climbing them in ur 4x4 is a real challenge. * +

Only dwnside of 4x4ing in s.a nowadays is that beachdriving is forbidden.. Ofcoz its fo nature reserving. Fortunatly in namibia we may stil drive on d beach. Luderitz n saddle hill bout 700km frm wher i live. D namibian border is only 130km frm upington. * +
