No chance lol on a good day the new one will do 110mph, if conditions are absolutely perfect maybe 115mph. Like 185kph tops * +

and remember there is a difference between true speed and what's indicated on the speedometer * +

If he is going down a hill with a tailwind.....then he still probably wont do 200kmh 
once the engine hits its rev limit in top gear then you wont go any faster. A polo 1.4 probably wouldnt do 200kmh even if it was dropped out of a plane * +
