If the bearing is adjustable you could do it yourself. But if not you have next to no chance, it will need pressing. * +

wheel shouldnt fall off due to the hub nut etc, if the bearing collapeses from wear it will ruin the mean the drive s haft is spinning around in a large gap. damage the gearbox/diff and steering rack an more than likely cause a major accident * +
