The newest one again? It's got an amazing engine, and another really poor chassis. Wow that engine though, it's gorgeous. 5 cylinder sound is win. But it's not a hot hatch in the sense you'll have fun when you throw it around. It's also incredibly expensive for what it is. A45 or M235i instead I think * +

They all bore me to tears. Mate's just bought another Scooby but this time it's a classic - Late 90s thing in immaculate condition. You just don't see S1's like this anymore, it's coveted. It's still like a taxi, it still doesn't appeal to me.
Another mate has traded his old Focus RS for the new model. Great, he can drift once a year - but unlike the old one it sounds like a Fiesta.
Love my little pocket rocket. Car you actually have to drive, instead of being driven. Loud, lairy, hardcore, fights you. No PAS, not even power brakes, throws me about.. Goes like a Scalextrix car. Looks slow, zero image even for people who remember XR2's etc, people don't know wtf to make of it.. but this has a higher power-weight ratio than a Golf R32, Golf R, S3, Focus RS. And it's a revvy N/A lump.
Maybe somewhere like Russia i could do a boring modern fly-by-wire car. But how can anyone pass up anything other than a blistering raw go-kart in Britain..?! * +
