Nearly everything is going to be turbocharged because every manufacturer is moving towards more economic/cleaner engines whether it's a three cylinder with a turbo bolted on or a smaller displacement performance engine like the ones BMW and AMG are moving to. In 5 years it'll be difficult to find an NA production engine. A turbocharger is effectively an energy recovery device as it is and one of the ways to improve emissions * +
