As of april 2011 youll have to pay per kilometer to drive on the national highways ''for the upkeep and upgrades'. that! Isnt part of what you pay for tax to be used for that. * +

toll booths are a thing of the past boet. Dont know in cpt, but here in jhb the mini bridge thingies are all ready up. On these structures they will mount cameras and scanners. The new number plates have microchips in them so they scan ur plate and deduct your money. If u dont have the new plates they take a picture and post it to u with an amount on it * +
