New camaro not officially imported but can get them via specialist import for about 40k. New muzzie, 30k for v6, 40k for v8. C6 vette i think is 60-65k. C4 vettes go for under 10k but the running costs are scary. Under 10 mpg if you havin fun. 25 if careful but who buys a vette and drives it like a granny lol * +

My dad had 2 with a v6 lump in, had to make some space to for it to fit, i dont see a v8 fitting in there without hacking away at everything. Sounds like campa will be gud friends with the local tyre dealer, but youll always have a smile on ur face lol. * +

OMFW @ corvette prices. uhm a relative bought n anglia n has a v8 ,he wants to pop it in...dont think its safe but i have seen sum the v6 convs * +

british drag racers and hot rodders have fitted v8 in anglias 4 years. it works depending on whether its a mild or wild set up. being such a short wheelbase makes them a wild and busy ride wiv a highly tuned v8. a mate of my uncle works on an anglia gasser here and plans on building a 7sec street legal anglia!!! not my thing tho. *
