exactly. I keep asking this. I have had my Note 4 almost a year now, I use the stylus daily, I have never tried to put it in backwards.I bet the design on ya note 4 is different though, so even if you did jam it in the wrong way it wouldn't wreck ya phone * +

Its possible to put it in backward in the Note 4, but it requires a bit of force and the phone gives a double vibration and sound to warn you that its going in the wrong way. Does the Note5 not give any warning? * +

You can set it so it sounds an alarm when the phone gets too far from the stylus, so don't worry about losing it * +
