The whole thing is backfiring for Oracle, 
Now the court ordered Oracle to pay more to Google as legal fees than they can win in damages.

According to a Google spokesperson those fees exceeded USD 300,000, which means that even if Oracle gets the maximum of USD 150,000 for each ruling of statutory copyright infringement , they will still have paid Google more money than they received in damages. * +

,in other news, Microsoft may be killing whats left of their Nokia phone business, and most of the people who were so sure Android was going to die and Windows Phone is going to make it ran away.
