so you want to factory reset a phone, that's locked ??? locked how, for simcard... reset won't help you.
pin locked or imei blocked... that would make more sense, but [u]no-one should help you do that[/u]
what other types of locked are there ? bootloader, you'd know how to reset by now if you want to mess with the bootloader. * +
