actually you haven't said what version of Android you're running or what build number the firmware was. YOU SHOULD NEVER BE MIXING SYSTEM APPS FROM DIFFERENT ROMS...

google for the firmwares build number and download the whole rom, from there either flash the whole thing or open the archive and extract the apk file and paste it into your system apps folder and match the permissions to whatever your other system apps have (but obviously it wants to be writable) * +
