you either take the easier road and download the whole firmware and flash it and re-root it..
or you can sign up to a decent site (XDA forums most highly recommended) then make that request for that file mentioning the exact firmware you need it from and ask how to set the correct permissions for it too..

you could hope somebody here will give you what you need, but you should mention what phone it is and the firmware version it runs. you don't want to brick your phone using the wrong file. * +
