there's a sensor that's on the USB charge board or connected to it that looks for moisture. LOTS of people have this problem.

maybe a hairdryer without the heat switched on helps if you don't have the puffy thing in the video. * +

cleaning out the port of fluff and dirt can help too. * +

Put it in some rice my other half dropped his in the dogs water bowl so we put it in a bowl of rice for 2Days It Did The Trick! * +
