almost all android phones can charge at just under 2 amps if it's running a custom kernel with fast charging activated. * +

I had to change my Note 4s Battery after about 2 years if I remember correctly, in mid 2016 I got it a new battery.

Its all down to the implementation of the Fast Charging and how well the Heat is managed, and of course how heavily you use your phone along with how many charge cycles it goes through, if you are always charging from 0 to 100percent on every charge your battery will deteriorate a lot quicker vs if you top up between 50 to 80 percent and then go to 100 percent maybe once or twice a week or so.

I dont keep my phones THAT long anymore, and I always have review devices so I just charge as I feel, but I usually do the 80 percent top up * +

Yes they recommend you stop it at about 98 percent or whatever infact 80 percent is probably better * +

our phones don't charge up to a true 100 percent anyway. * +

Ive heard this. Apparently they dont charge to true 100percent or to true 0percent, to ensure greater longevity. *
