Yeah, I'll put up some pics up, it's pretty insane, remember how the old Nokia N93 got 3x optical zoom? The P30 Pro does 5x Optical, absolutely no loss of detail, at X10 zoom it goes Hybrid with both the lense and lossless tech taking over, once again no loss in detail, then you hit about 25x and there's a bit of grain but still clearer than what 99percent of phones at 5x Zoom, then you get to 50x zoom and some how the phone can still maintain focus although it will be grainy but it's still better than any other mobile can achieve at half that.

Simply incredible where Smartphones have come, where they pretty much fit 5x Optical Zoom in the slim chassis of a phone. Jerry Rig did a teardown of the P30 Pro to showcase the Periscope Camera, very intriguing stuff. But the Zoom is just one thing, the phones Night Mode is a masterpiece, it somehow resolves light in places where even the human can barely see anything. Have a look on YouTube how it manages this, it still blows me away, I need to some how take a video with another phone to show how the Night Mode works as in a few short seconds it will brighten up and maintain focus in areas that are really dark without the need to ruin the photo with the flash * +
