I believe if the powers that be want to get into your phone they definitely will no matter what brand or OS you are using.
Anyone using Android or iOS that believes their data is not exposed is absolutely lying to themselves.
Our Networks/Carriers themselves sell our information to Big Data firms like BlueKai, Oracle etc... So really nobody is safe when the very company that Transmits the data also sells it. * +
