Hi Ive recently started having problems with my Samsung s7 everytime I bootup my phone it goes into safe mode. by holding the volume up - home - power button it boots into normal mode but No wifi (wifi works fine in safe mode though) every now and again my phone automatically adjust my volume by itself without touching or typing anything at all(in safe mode as well as normal mode) What might be causing such a problem and what should I do to fix it? *

oh and I tried clearing system cache via adb cable connection and factory reset as well *

if a factory reset hasn't helped it's either a very clever virus or hardware trouble.
it is possible to create a folder that isn't deleted when flashing a new rom via a custom recovery, so to be entirely sure flash stock firmware via Odin. *
