do they have 2nd hand shops in Jamaica or small independent phone sellers ?

you can probably find something half decent for your money that way. or an online seller of refurbished/repaired phones, as long as they have a good reputation. * +

we do have second hand shops but I don't really trust their second hand phones, i was checking ebay looking at some note 3 but boy they still pricey for old phones... I think she's gonna have to consider the least 200 if she wants a nice decent phone * +

Beware of refurbished sites. I got stung for 80 quid last time for my mum. Ended up sacking that off and paying 150 for a galaxy j5. Crap phone by the way. Surely you can get a j5 for 150 bucks now though * +
