How to I fix this as I can make calls but when I get people phoning me it keep saying it's engaged *

reboot it.
have you been playing around with dialer codes because some can do this I think.
dial star hash 261 hash to check incoming call status or ring your network *

i remember doing something like this back in the day with nokia net monitor app ,fkd up properly could only dial emergency calls until borrow a similar phone to copy back what id fk up *
