guys what could be the problem if a device is off,you plug the charger, the charging led turns on. but the device itself wont turn on * +

that the battery has run down below the level needed to boot the phone. that's happened to me several times. just leaving it for 5 mins fixes it.
if it's something else, you may have a damaged or faulty battery. * +

the battery isnt really damaged it was working well until it went Zero.percent then went dead. tried to charge the led just blinks * +

a lithium battery never should be taken to absolute zero (or 100'/. for too long). in the former case the chip in the battery can be damaged by being taken to true zero charge... * +

They can't fix it, it happens on all lithium batteries. You can charge it with an external charger if it won't charge in the phone * +
