if you can wipe the cache and the dalvik cache that might help, it does with some OTA issues... *

after the phone technician flash the phone and him update it himself it say operation fail and crash again and freeze on the blu phone logo screen *

that's a soft brick. you need to flash it with a rom. don't trust this ''technician'' again. *
