Hi guys, when rooting with king root must u have an internet connection? And if so what amount of data does it use? Thnx in advance * +

never used it, but if it's anything like superSU it'll need to download the latest binaries for your phone. that's under 100kb's at a guess. * +

Search xda for rooting your phone safely.
Read comments before attempting anything you find there. * +

what phem said. find your phones exact forum on xda using the model number and not the name to search.
for Samsung's it'll mostly involve a laptop and odin. * +

kingroot is a piece of shiit, once you've used it to gain root go to the playstore and download an app called [link]flashify:http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cgollner.flashify[/link], use that to download and install TWRP recovery onto your phone (note** you'll need to undo this if you ever want official updates again).
from here you not only have a brilliant custom recovery that can get you out of all kinds of trouble once you know how to use it, but you'll also be able to remove kingroot and flash [link]superSU by chainfire:http://download.chainfire.eu/969/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip[/link] which is just better. *
