When I uninstall anything from the google store my phone restarts it else. Does anyone know why please * +

trying going to settings/apps and clearing the data from playstore, google play services and google services framework and restart your phone. you'll need to enter your account details again.

if that doesn't help then again from settings apps delete updates for the first two of those apps and reboot again... * +

You should uninstall apps from your settings anyway other wise you get left with loads of data clocking up ya memory * +
