I am useing cell c isp ,i notice a R sign next to the signal sign on my phone ,why is that *

That usually means you're in 'Roaming' mode, perhaps you have a weak signal where you live so it's connecting to am alternative network. I'm not familiar with that model, but somewhere in 'settings' there should be a 'mobile networks' option, go into that and untick 'Roaming'. *

Yes it means roaming... Like on my telkom mobile sim at work it shows R symbol which means it connects to mtn network as telkom uses mtns's base stations as far as I can remember cellc uses vodacom base stations so when u roam u will get ur signal from vodacom also ur internet speeds might be slower as they would first cover their own clients. *
