my friend load n cell c data that only start to download at 1 o clock at nigthwhich app can he download to prevent his call time to be used as back ground update till the download data start at 1 o clock *

never used it but tasker sounds like the kind of app that might be able to do that stuff for you.
you should never be auto updating apps anyway, many a good working app is broken by an update. better to read the reviews for the latest version only and see what others are saying about stuff. plus turning off auto updates would solve your friends problem partly. *

Not sure why would his phone use the talk time instead of the data that's loaded irrespective of the time that the data kicks in.... On telkom and vodacom if I don't have data bundles loaded it doesn't use my airtime is your friend on contract or prepaid. ? I know opera browser now also has an app called opera max that would do the trick... You can decide which apps uses backround and foreground data with it. Was thinking of downloading it today *
