it backs up to ur sd card...but do check in ur root of the internal or sd there will b a titanium backup folder * +

if it goes to ur internal copy pasteit on ur sd..den wen u flash ur phone root again copy paste the folder again * +

just tell the app where to make the folder and be done with it. never have it on internal memory ! *
