You don't need an app. All you need to do is go to system settings, click display, and then select sleep mode and increase the time. And yes, increasing the time beyond thirty seconds will drain your battery fast. * +

that controls how quickly the screen goes off after a period of inactivity and has nothing to do with the pw's question... * +

Seems totaly weird how would ur internet connection stop working unless u cancell it if it does do it then I suspect a faulty device... Since these always on data (smartphones) came out I've never had a customer come into our store complaining the internet is just off they would rather complain about it bieng always on and running up their data bills lol. * +
