My Note 4 display is set to 'AMOLED Cinema' which over saturates everything, so I'll reserve judgement. As far as I know the HTC One series use really good LCDs but not as good as LG or Apple's. * +

if it's fake there's no point in complaining is there (except to whoever sold it to you). going by pictures yours doesn't seem to have the speaker panel at the top

I think I can see the panel there. Not too sure. what I don't see is the 2 sensors to the left of it. * +

yeah I zoomed in and you can see the speaker grill at the top but no sensors on the left and there's a slit opening next to the camera that isn't there on the genuine photo...
and that doesn't look like a sense ui either.
