Did anyone ever tried or even successfully recover
data from phone storage(not from external microSD),
after ''Wipe Data'' from recovery mode ?
I need info for NOT rooted Galaxy S5.
What tool used, where to get that tool ?

not after a wipe but I've recovered files back from internal memory with a store app called dumpster. * +

I'm only interested for any kind of tool to restore
*.txt and *.jpg files
from internal phone storage after Wipe Data,
and for NOT rooted phone. * +

It's highly improbable to recover data without being rooted and most of these recovery apps require it being installed prior deleting. * +
