Greenify is the only app which in my experience has doubled my battery life. On average use I can make it an entire day with only one charge. tested it on sunday. Took the phone out of charge at around 6am and 15hrs:15mins and 15seconds later I had 13 battery life left. And this is on an old galaxy phone. * +

yea...also greenify closes process runng background like whatsapp wich doesnt closes even after force close. saves ram to * +
