There's a long answer to this involving dpi and so forth, but in short: any small picture once blown up will always look blurry and pixellated. One way to cut down on this is to convert your image to .png format prior to the resize as this will keep better pixel for pixel integrity on the upscale. * +

you'd be better off using google image search to look for the file online so you can pick one with a higher resolution..

it's only possible on TV to zoom in or blow up an image and still have clarity.
