what do you want us to say? Clearly you have a problem with your service in which case you need to contact your airtime provider. However if you are already locked in to a 24 month contract and you have poor service, the uk networks have a get out clause in the small print which states they cannot guarantee a fault free service, however wrong that may sound. So iam uncertain what happened to the 'fit for its purpose' product? * +

EE have better high speed coverage than 02, but how fast your service is depends on congestion levels in your particular area. Maybe EE is more popular in your location. * +
