I'd say go Nexus 9 but it only has 2GB RAM vs. the Samsung Galaxy Note10.1 2014 Edition which has 3GB RAM, S Pen suit, a ton of productivity apps built-in.

Depends on what you want really. If you want clean Android with the very latest OS updates get the Nexus 9, if you want more of a productivity tool, with all kinds of multitasking capabilities and so on, get the Galaxy Note10.1 or even the NotePro 12.2 if you require something very large. *
