there is a proBAM version of kitkat 4.4.4 out already, or later on this year they say the official one will drop (so that's 31st Dec 23.59 hrs most likely)... * +

Network problem as in 3g/4g ? You should google how to manually set you vpn. Had the same issue on my Note 3 and setting my own vpn solved all the issues. Galaxynote3root.com helped me.. so go to galaxys4root.com . They should have the instructions there * +

no, as in signal problem, I only get signals when close beside high frequency tower * +

is it on the old or new bootloader ? if on the old you should still the option of flashing any older modem you like. on the new bootloader they need to match based on my experience (as well as the phone freaking out)..
