the first metal samsung phone will be the galaxy alpha which launches in the uk very soon, although the back cover is still plastic meaning it wont be all metal. It will have the same snapdragon 801 cpu as the s5, 32gb storage, a downgraded 720p screen and no memory expansion. Its highly likely next years s6 will be samsungs first 64 bit droid cos that chip hasnt arrived in time for the note 4 which will ship with qualcoms last 32 bit chip, the 805. * +

To be honest I'm looking forward to the day when they start making phones that'll fit in your pocket again - I love my Note, but I need a team of Sherpas to lug it around. * +
