can get as far as the language and package option but there doesn't seem to be any English language pack. * +

Forgot to mention that when you get to the Russian language on the start-up screen you have to tap the touch screen a few times until the progress bar fill up then after opera will load. * +

It's a java application that's been converted to an apk so it'll install on an android but it runs in a java emulator that installs with the app. * +
