The alleged specs for the device are a 4 WVGA screen, dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 512MB RAM, 5MP camera, 4GB of expandable storage and optional dual-SIM. It's essentially an Android rendition of the Lumia 520.
It won't be mainline Android though but rather a Nokia customization with Google's Play services swapped out for Nokia ones. Amazon did it and Nokia already has great maps to replace GMaps, but what of the rest?
