the huawei y220 availible at TFG stores is the better choice. running 1ghz dual core . i rooted mine already and have full super user support. have a 32gig memory card in no lag except when you switching between apps. also runnging 2.3.6. screen qaulity is ok from all angles but the camera worst i seen on any phone since.. ever. but for R450 its alot tech for not alot of geld. no dual core comes close at this price. message me for more info * +

Take your phone to an experienced mechanic who can fix soft. problems,tell him to get root access of that phone and upgrade to ICS. * +
