the tips that come up when you do something new on your phone; the ones you have to hit ok to clear.how the hell do i turn those off????they keep coming back since this 4.12 update and its driving me nuts (galaxy s3) * +

im not sure but it may be an app installed in the system/apps folder... i remember removing an app called phone tips or something like that. * +
