I updated my arc s to ics bout 3 days ago, did it thru the pc companion...since doin this my phones bein totally glitchy, keeps restartin n freezin...i av emailed the xperia support but they were no help, does any1 kno how to fix this without goin back 2 gingerbread please? I have tried movin all the apps I can to sd card * +

No, but sometimes it helps when you get such erros.try it.but save first what you need like sms etc * +
