I have a dhd that got the ota 2.3.5 update, ever since then the wifi and bluetooth dont work, wifi just says error when turning it on and bluetooth just wont turn on, i have reset it but they still dont work, i phoned htc they said my imei and serial arent a htc product, how can this be ? *

There were a few bugs with the UNOFFICIAL 2.3.5 update that was doing the rounds with people reporting data and wi-fi outage, but the official one shouldn't have them and you said you got it OTA.. weird Even weirder is the serial and IMEI thing - it's not a copy is it? Did you get it from a proper retailer? *

It defo was a ota update, my mobile aint rooted so sticking an unofficial update on my mobile is a no go, its a genuine dhd bought from a store thats nationwide with hundreds of branches, i asked them about the mobile (warranty has ran out so they cant do nothing) i just cant believe that htc doesnt even recognise it as their product when it clearly is *
