I will second what whorl said. android works this way that apps run in background. thats how its meant to be. i remember reading an article by a google android developer and its interpretation in one of tthe leading android blog. why would you need 1 anyways? you dont have a htc phone or a budget android, then you wont need one. you have a sgs right? if yes default task manager is what you need. * +
