I have been infected with spyware used various programs to get rid of it. My problem is that im unable to use the internet because windows is unable to search for any websites. Does anyone know i can do to solve my problem? * +

I would try and repair or reinstall Internet Explorer if there is an error in the program. But if you are using Microsoft Windows 98 make sure your computer is up-to-date by using Windows Update or order a service pack CD-ROM from Microsoft customer services. * +

If the same problem is happening even with an alternative browser i can probably diagnose that your installation of Windows is damaged. You could try reinstalling Windows as a final resort. * +
